Pipe Filling and Abandonment with Tripolymer® 105-TM

*Note:  The following is a brief pictorial demonstration of a 24 inch concrete water line being converted from its original purpose of water transmission into a carrier for an 8 inch electrical conduit.  The 2.6 mile long segmented pipe was accessed at 500 foot intervals and foamed solid to prevent water infiltration, animal nesting, and future collapse of the soil above.

	Here, a technician is seen completing one of the 500 foot runs.
	A technician filling the final 10 feet of the pipe.  Note how the Tripolymer completely fills the pipe interior, as the technician slowly pulls the applicator hose toward him.  In this picture it is necessary to point out that Tripolymer does not expand upon installation - the complete fill is achieved by a pressure application method.
	A job completed - This particular job took 33 days to complete and consumed 43,100 cubic feet of Tripolymer 105-Tank Media Foam.  In this picture, the final section has been foamed and awaits only a minor touch up before it can be sealed.  Our patented mixing gun can be seen atop the pipe.
